Michal and Henry Schliff, owners of the Orange Blossom int he 1990's traveled the world before settling in Buxton as Bakery owners. During their tenure the menu was international and delicious. Michal gathered their recipes, including the famous Apple Ugly first introduced by previous Orange Blossom owners Doris and Allan Oakam and published this cookbook.
